The apartment is about 200 meters, as the crow flies, and about a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches, the picturesque Puerto Cabopino marina, great restaurants and the 18 Hole Cabopino Golf course.  For those not wanting a car there is a bus stop nearby for the regular Marbella to Fuengirola bus service.

The apartment is located in phase 4 of the prestigeous and popular Las Mimosas Golf de Cabopino complex. Phase 4 was the final phase of the development and is the best positioned in terms of proximity to the beaches, restaurants, bars and marina.
